Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of a charge within 14 days of the date you first purchased a paid SoundTag plan, or within 14 days of the date of any renewal of that plan. You do not need to give a reason.

To stay inside the window, send your request before the 14th day ends. The date we receive your request, not the date we reply, decides whether it is within the window.

Email us at support@soundtag.link or use the Paddle customer portal. Please include the email address used for the order and enough information to identify the purchase, such as the order or transaction ID, the plan, and the payment date. Do not send payment-card details.

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The time it then takes for your bank or card issuer to show the credit depends on that issuer.

You keep access to the paid features you paid for until the refund is processed, after which the plan moves to Starter.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain paid access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period, so send a refund request separately if you are still within the 14-day window. Paddle handles billing, cancellations, and returns under its buyer terms and procedures.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot give up, including the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to consumers in the European Union and other mandatory consumer protections. Where a refund is due for another reason, we will of course refund you, except where otherwise required by law.
